محدوده ثبت‌نشده (انگلیسی: Unincorporated area) به زمینی گفته می‌شود که به طور قانونی ثبت نشده است به همین خاطر جزو دسته‌بندی‌هایی مثل شهر، شهرستان و ایالت گنجانده نمی‌شوند.
